Have you been too busy to scour the shelves of Sephora and find something new and exciting? Don't worry, we've got your back. Are these all new fragrances? No. But they are newly available in Australia.
Chloé 'Nomade Lumiere d'Egypte'
This line is so interesting, and this particular fragrance complements the 'Nomade Nuit d'Egypte' to create a pairing representative of a journey through Egypt during the day, and then the night. The original 'Nomade' is an earthy, fruity fragrance featuring oakmoss, sandalwood, mirabelle and freesia. Then you get 'Nomade Nuit d’Egypte' in which the brand replaced the earthy facets with a heart of orange blossom, but supplemented its' original deepness with myrrh and opoponax. Now, 'Nomade Luminere d'Egypte' has taken out much of the deep resinous aspects of the previous flankers and instead presents a watery jasmine fragrance.
Kylie Cosmetics 'Cosmic 2.0'
The original Cosmic by Kylie Cosmetics was a safe, clean musk fragrance. With Cosmic 2.0, the brand has branched out in the safest way and made a similarly powdery fragrance centered around a sweet vanilla orchid accord.
Yves Saint Laurent 'Libre L'Eau Nue'
This is Yves Saint Laurent's first fragrance that is alcohol-free. They haven't strayed too far from the original Libre, so if you were a fan of Libre and you're looking for a more skin-friendly version, or if you want to try Libre but don't like the alcohol in spray perfumes, this one might be of interest to you.
Marc Jacobs 'Daisy Wild Eau So Intense'
This is an interesting fragrance. The prominent note is banana leaf, which is a green leafy accord with some tropical fruity nuances. In addition to the banana flower, jasmine is a prominent note. Some people are saying this smells like a banana candy, and others say it smells like freshly cut grass. Altogether, it seems to be a very similar fragrance to Daisy Wild, with an assumedly longer life on your skin.
Carolina Herrera 'Very Good Girl Elixir'
Very Good Girl Elixir is a sweet vanilla fragrance that differs from the original in the addition of black cherry, atop the same vanilla-almond composition. Interestingly, it appears to share more notes with the original 'Good Girl' than the 'Very Good Girl' it's most closely tied to. The brand has made an interesting choice to release this fragrance as an 'elixir' version of the lychee-rose 'Very Good Girl' fragrance. Hopefully not too many people are confused by this choice, expecting a strong rose fragrance and receiving instead a dark cherry one.
