Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We can only ship to addresses within Australia. After completing an order, you should receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number to the email address used during checkout.

Returns

All purchases of fragrance samples are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on fragrance samples, due to the risk of tampering or contamination of those items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Faulty goods

If you believe your order is faulty or not as described, please contact april@scentbound.com.au to request a refund. You will be asked to provide details about the condition of the item, including photos if applicable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at april@scentbound.com.au.
